The third day in Perth.

On Day 3 , we ate our breadfast. We had Scrambled eggs , Fish fillet , hashbrowns , and baked beans. It was delicious. It was a 2 hour drive from the place where we stayed which was a farm , to a school . Thus , we slept in the bus as we had woken up early that day. We were going to our first school , Anzac Terrace Primary School . In the bus , i also thought how did the students there studied , how did their school look like , etc .

In the bus , our teachers told us not to speak fast like how we speak normally. They also warned us not to speak singlish like ( marh , larh , huh etc ) . I was like oh my gosh , how would i speak then? I usually talk in singlish like many people do. :X On that day , we wore our school uniforms , Girls in their *Beautiful* pinafores , Boys in their shorts and shirts. As we wore that , we were extremely cold! ESPECIALLY ME! I was shivering . I just noticed that their school was soooo much different from ours ! Their school has a BIG field , MANY playgrounds for children from Kindergarden to Year 7 ( Grade 7 ) and is situated at the western end of the Town of Bassendean , own food / lunchbox for recess , and lastly their school was only 1 storey high so their school was quite big . It was really cool and different ! I forgot to add in something , i just noticed too that their school uniforms were short! I was thinking , won't they be cold? After a while , i remembered , oh ya! They were australians and they had got used to the weather there!After that , i continued where i stopped . Our school has half of the size of their field , NOT even A SINGLE playground , we had a canteen where we purchase our food from and our school was 4 storeys high so our school wasn't compared to Anzac Terrace Primary School. Their school is made from brown bricks while ours were made from porcelain. 1 last thing is that , most of the time in Anzac Terrace Primary School was playing sports , while our school is all about studying - studying - studying .

The next activity was at the CAVERSHAM WILDLIFE PARK! I love parks you know. So i looked forward to it. Some of the animals there were , KANGAROO , KOALAS , WOMBATS , TASMANIAN DEVILS , EMUS , DINGO , SHORT BEAKED ECHIDNA , BLACK SWAN and lastly , the LAUGHING KOOKABURRA!

WOW , That is quite a lot of species there! I took some of the pictures of the animals there. I will show you later on.

Oh ya , I've forgotten to tell you about my lunch! Our lunch was a huge burger and many french fries together with a brown or blue - coloured ice drink. Many of us made a name for the drinks : The Brown Drink = Coke

The Blue Drink = Blueberry

I was so unlucky as i took the Blue drink! I wanted the '' coke '' at first but my teacher gave it to my friend , Joh Ann ! I thought that she will give me another cup of the brown drink but instead , she gave me the blue drink! Do you know why i did not like the blue drink? At first , when i tasted the '' blueberry '' drink , it was quite nice BUT , later then i know that my tongue had turned BLUE! IT LOOKED LIKE THE OCEAN BLUE ! OH MY... I WAS VERY EMBARRASSED !

After that , we went to The New Esplanade Hotel to check - in . I stayed at the 5th level with 2 of my friends . They were from the same CCA as me . After checking-in , our teachers asked us to change into long pants / jeans as we were going out to take a long walk . As the night was chilly , we had to cover ourselves up quite a bit . After changing into my jeans , i took out the school uniform together with the shirt , shorts , and pinafore and hung it in the cardboard to prepare for tomorrow's activities . We went down together with the teachers who stayed 1 block opposite us . We walked in our groups , The BLUE group . The rest were also walking in groups . Some of the groups were Red , Blue , White , Black and Yellow . We walked quite a distance before we reached a restaurant selling Malay Food . I thought that i wouldn't like the food in there but i was wrong . When we were eating , we laughed and laughed together with other people as we told jokes and more. Some of the food were RICE , chicken , beef , eggs and more . When i was eating , i took more of the rice as i ahd missed it a lot .

After eating , our teachers brought us to the supermarket to buy somethings . My roommates and i shared our money to buy 2 cup noodles as we can share . We had 3 people to a room , while others were 4 to a room or more . We ate the noodles while doing our project also known as Perth Booklet / Workbook on the UMPCs . We were supposed to sleep at 10.00 pm , but the teachers came quite late to collect the UMPCs so we slept at about 11.00 pm .

That was the end of Day 3.
